Hey there! I'm the founder of Casa Concierge, and my journey to creating this service started in 2025 after spending almost 3 years living in beautiful Coconut Grove. Every summer, when the Miami heat really cranked up, I'd stick around – suffering through the heat (with only the juicy summer mangoes to keep me surviving through the summer.)

As I sweat my way through the scorching summer, I noticed a common theme: a lot of our friends would leave town to escape the heat, and they'd often rely on a patchwork system of favors from friends, family, and nannies to keep an eye on their homes. It hit me that there wasn't a professional, trusted, and insured solution for home care while they were away. It was harder for them to truly disconnect and enjoy their time away, because of the uncertainty about their homes left alone in Miami.

That's when Casa Concierge was born! My goal was to create an easy, turnkey professional solution for Miami's "snowbirds" (and anyone else who travels!) so they could have complete peace of mind while they're away.
